Colne Valley Preservations Ltd is a family business based in Nelson Lancashire. We have successfully been established since 1981 with Over 30 years experience in Remedial Treatments of Damp Control, Timber Preservation, Wood Infestation, Basement Waterproofing, Wall Tie Replacement, Condensation and Mould Control we also do Electro Osmosis Damp Proof Courses and Re-Plastering in line with trade body specifications. We are recognised Specialist Remedial Treatments contractors. We work on Old Traditional Buildings and also New Builds. Colne Valley Preservations are the only recognised Contractor Member in our area. We are full members of the Property Care Association (PCA) which incorporates the British Wood Preserving and Damp proofing Association (BWPDA). Membership No 5642. We are also registered with the Government Trustmark Scheme.

Damp Problems & Surveys
Before undertaking any repair it is essential that your damp problem is assessed by a qualified surveyor for failing to have the problem diagnosed accurately may result in unsuccessful repair, avoidable work, expense and risk of the problem returning.
We provide Mortgage accepted timber and damp reports which are undertaken by our
experienced surveyor who holds the national qualification for remedial surveying
